Shipping Policy
We take great care in packaging our leather garments to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 7–10 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be noted on the product page.
- Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options across the country.
- Standard: 5–7 business days.
- Expedited: 4–6 business days.
- International Shipping: We ship globally! Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your leather’s journey to your door.
Returns & Exchanges
If your item doesn’t fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we are here to help.
The Parla Guarantee
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
- Leather Care: Please be careful when trying on garments. Leather is a natural material that can scratch or crease easily; items returned with significant signs of wear (deep creases, scratches, or scents) may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
- Visit our [Returns Portal] and enter your order number and zip code.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Print your pre-paid shipping label (the cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund).
- Drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards.
- Final Sale items (clearly marked on the product page).
- Custom-sized or personalized leather goods.
